System and Network Requirements
For a consultant to view your desktop, your system should meet these requirements:
- Pentium-class PC running Windows 95, 98, ME, NT 4.0, 2000 or XP
- 28.8Kbps or greater connection speed, 56K or high speed internet recommended
- For best performance, any firewall should permit direct outgoing TCP connections. Use of a SOCKS server or an HTTP proxy is acceptable, but not preferred.
If it is necessary for you to view your consultant's desktop, your system should meet these requirements:
- Windows 95 (WinSock 2 recommended), 98, ME, NT 4.0, 2000 or XP
- Pentium 300 or equivalent
- 64MB of RAM
- A stable Internet connection with 56K or better
- For best performance, any firewall should permit direct outgoing TCP connections. Use of a SOCKS server is acceptable, but not preferred.
