About this file upload form

This site is operated by RSM McGladrey for use by its associates, clients and affiliated organizations. Other usage is prohibited.
Note that this upload takes place using http, not ftp. This is not an ftp site.
If you are unable to upload files using this form for whatever reason, an ftp site is available. However, it can take several days to arrange for a password.

Before you start

Please scan your files for viruses using an up-to-date virus scanner.
If your transfer is larger than 500KB or consists of multiple files, please use a compression tool (such as WinZIP) before uploading.
If the compressed file is larger than 150MB, it cannot be uploaded using this form. Please contact the person who referred you to this form for instructions on using ftp. (Alternative: www.yousendit.com, which saves for 7 days or 25 downloads)
Uploaded files will be available for download for a minimum of 14 days unless otherwise notified. After 14 days, they may be deleted as needed.

How this form works

On the following pages, answer a few simple questions about yourself, the recipient, and the file to be uploaded.
On the last question page, when you click "Send my file", your web browser will begin to send the file. This process can take a while, so it pays to be patient. As long as your browser continues to show activity (a spinning globe, waving flag, meteor N or other moving icon), the upload is continuing.
When the upload is complete, you will be shown the details of the file you uploaded. You can use these details to verify that your file was transferred correctly.
At the same time, the administrators will be notified by email that a file is ready for download.
If you provide a valid email address @rsmi.com, the recipient may be able to download it in a matter of minutes. Otherwise, the administrators will be notified for later delivery.
